All CELADI products are sold on a pre-order basis.
Your order begins processing after your 50% deposit has been received.

- Delivery will be arranged through our shipping partner.

Delivery Delays
Occasionally, delays may occur due to:
- Customs clearance

If delays occur, we will keep you informed.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
CELADI is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect address information.
Lost Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
If your shipment is lost, we will assist you in opening an investigation with the courier.
